For Time Timer - WOD Timer for "For Time" type of functional fitness and cross training workouts. Just do your workout as fast as possible while the timer counts up. You can end your For Time WOD anytime by swiping the finish button. EMOM Timer - WOD Timer for "every minute on a minute" type of functional fitness and cross training workouts. You can adjust your EMOM timer by setting the total time and the length of one interval. A beeping sound will let you know every time one interval is over and the next one begins. The EMOM timer can also be used as an interval training (HIIT) timer. Tabata Timer - WOD Timer for "Tabata" style interval workouts (HIIT). on Android 16. this app is useless. while running, it'll start more timers and gets very confusing to use during workout because you don't know which timer is which. And sometimes if you pause the timer, the clock will stop but the auditory alerts keep going. god forbid you get a call while the app is running it crashes. app also crashes mid workout often and I lose all my progress. uninstalling.

It’s exactly what I wanted. I’m a student trying to increase my question-solving speed, so I was looking for an app that gives a small beep every 2.5 minutes. It helps me stay focused and pushes me to solve more problems in limited time. The EMOM timer works good for me 👍🏻👍🏻. I just have one request to the developers that in EMOM please add a button to reset timer immediately so that by clicking on that button it start counting again from 0 seconds and also count one round. please 🙏🏻

Wish you could label /customize text in the time sequences. You lose track of where you are when you are working out sometime. Please create an option to be able label 30 sec jumping jacks 10 rep hammer curls etc.

love this app!! exercices with reps are boring and require toomuch attention. with smartwod I use the tabata timer and it letsme know when to work and when to rest. simple, easy and customisable to how much time interval I want to use. I have already told so many about it we all love it. thank you!
